The world No.1 earned the highest prize money from those on this list after banking $9.7 million, boosted by the two Grand Slams wins, while an extra $8 million came from brand endorsements.

Another tennis star on the list, Zheng Qinwen is the fourth female athlete in 2025 having banked Zheng Qinwen $20.6 million.
Zheng Qinwen made $5.6 million in prize money from tennis with $15 million coming from brand endorsements.
The 22-year-old Chinese reached the Australian Open and WTA finals, losing both of them, but got her revenge at the Paris 2024 where she won Olympics gold.
Iga Swiatek
Former tennis world No.1 Iga Swiatek is the third highest-earning female athlete after taking home 21.4 million in the past one year.
Iga Swiatek made $8.4 million from tennis prize money with $13 million coming from brand endorsement deals.
She won five titles in 2024, which boosted her earnings, although her numbers are a drop from the $21.9 million of the past year.
Eileen Gu
American-born Chinese skier Eileen Gu breaks the tennis-dominated list of highest-earning female athletes in 2025 after banking $22.1 million, nearly the whole of it from brand deals.
Eileen Gu topped the all-time FIS Freeski World Cup win leaderboard once again last December, winning Copper Mountain halfpipe competition for her 17th career victory, and elevating her status.
Interestingly, Eileen Gu earned just $62,000 in prize money but banked $22 million in endorsements, taking her earnings to second on the list.
Coco Gauff
is the highest earning female athlete in 2025 after raking in $30.4 million in the last one year.
The bulk of Coco Gauff’s earnings came from product endorsements, which accounted for $21 million, while she earned $9.4 million in prize money in the past one year.
This is a $7 million increase for from the previous year, when she earned $22.7 million, and out of the $9.4 million, $4.8 million came from winning the WTA Finals for the first time in November 2024.
