fiancee has penned a heartfelt message to her younger self after a remarkable year.

2024 saw Inglander not only get engaged to her long time partner and double Duplantis but also achieved personal growth, including embracing self-love.

Life together has picked up pace Olympic champion Noah Lyles and his Jamaican fiancee Junelle Bromfield since their engagement.

She reflected on her journey over the past year and acknowledged that her younger self would have never imagined achieving so much. Inglander, 23, expressed gratitude for all the opportunities she had received.

Via her post, she shared the story with a backdrop of an old picture  of herself from childhood saying: «What a year. I’m looking back at this year thinking about little Desire who didn’t dare to dream this big. I’m not cool enough for a lot of things I’ve experienced but I’m very grateful for everything.»

She also opened up about how the previous year was filled with insecurities, but before stepping into 2024, she made the decision to embrace self love. «Last year was a very insecure year for me. I remember I told myself stepping into 2024 that this is the year I want to start to love myself. To keep this short, I look at this picture and thought. Little Desire would be proud. Work is not the defining moment but how I feel about myself»

She continued: «I hope that you guys can look at a picture of younger you and be proud of something you’ve done this year, no matter what it was I know you should be proud. Thank you for supporting me and being there on my journey!»
