A clash between two unbeaten sides going at it sure does promise a fierce encounter.

have quickly risen through the log standings to place 7th since their league opener against United where they thrashed the Slum Boys 4-0 on September 26.

The defending champions followed up their impressive start to the season with another dominant display on Saturday, October 19, dispatching Posta Rangers 3-0 at the Machakos stadium.

K’Ogalo have looked every bit as much deserving of the title of defending champions with key players like Austin Odhiambo and Gedeon Bendeka on fire, scoring in back-to-back fixtures.

The Leo Neiva coacheded side will be boosted by the return of goalkeepr Gad Mathews who missed the fixture against the Mailers and Roney Onyango who had been missing from the squad since being omitted from K’Ogalo’s CAF Champions League squad due to indiscipline issues.

The 21-time champions resolve will however be tested by an in-form KCB side who are yet to taste defeat, winning 4 consecutive matches since their league opener draw to Kariobangi Sharks back in August.

Their latest outing last weekend saw the Bankers hammer Kakamega Homeboyz 4-1 at the Sportpesa Aren to maintain their unbeaten run and extend their stay at the summit on 13 points, 2 clear of second placed Kariobangi Sharks.

Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat remains committed to the team despite unpaid wages, focusing on Kenya’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification.

Another side out to protect their unbeaten run and improve on their placement on the log is 2nd placed

Sharks have had a brilliant start to the season winning 3 matches and drawing 2 to place 2nd on 11 points, just 2 behind league leaders KCB.

Sharks however will be looking to get back to winning ways having been held to a stalemate by AFC Leopards at the Machakos stadium on Sunday in a pulsating fixture that saw the side go down to 10-men after scorer Fredrick Alushula received his marching orders in the 72nd minute.

Before the 1-1 draw against Leopards, William Muluya’s side were on 3-match winning streak dating back to August when they were held to a barren draw against KCB.

12th placed Bidco United will however be looking to spoil the party for Sharks, eager to bag their first win of the season.

have had a contrasting season to their midweek opponents, drawing in 3 matches and losing 2 with their most recent defeat coming at the hands of Mathare United on Friday at the Dandora stadium.

Bidco who have only found the back of the net 3 times this season will hope their misfiring number 9, Ndung’u Samuel has his scoring boots on to break Sharks’ hearts.

AFC Leopards brilliant start to the season was temporarily halted by Kariobangi Sharks when they were held to 1-1 draw by Kariobangi Sharks at the Machakos stadium on Sunday.

Thomas Trucha’s side went in to the top of the table clash on high momentum having won 2 matches on the bounce but had to comeback from a goal down to salvage a draw against 10-men Sharks.

The result saw Leopards maintain their placing on the log in 3rd place, sitting on 10 points, 3 away from the summit.

Murang’a Seal will however not be an easy task, eager to bounce back and find their footing in the league after a run of mixed results in their 5 matches played.

Seal have suffered 2 defeats and 2 draws, with their only win coming in their league opener fixture against Ulinzi Stars back in August.

Their most recent fixture ended in a barren draw against Bandari FC, leaving the Abdallah Juma coached side placing 8th on the log with 5 points.

Wanzala, who won the goalkeeper of the tournament award, has revealed the side's ambition at the upcoming U-20 AFCON, having sealed qualification for the tournament despite losing the CECAFA qualifying final to Tanzania on Sunday.

Woeful Shaban will look to move past their start to the season blemishes when they host a struggling Sofapaka side at their historic Gusii stadium.

The Tore Bobe have had a plagued start to the season, placing 14th on the log with 2 draws and a 1-0 loss, most recently at the hands of former National Super League foes Mara Sugar at the Awendo Stadium on Saturday.

Their off-the pitch struggles have not helped their campaign either with their historic return to Gusii stadium being overshadowed by abandonment of their fixture against Posta Rangers that was supposed to take place at the ground on September 28.

Shabana will hope to overcome those setbacks against an equally struggling Sofapaka side.

The Batoto ba Mungu find themselves in the relegation zone with an abysmal 2 draws and 2 loses to collect just 2 points.

Their most recent outing saw the Robert Matano outfit yield a 1st half lead to draw 1-1 against Nairobi City Stars at the Machakos stadium on Saturday.

Their on-the pitch woes has been coupled with behind the scenes struggles with head coach Matano heavily linked with a move away.
