Jefferson, who was part of the US that won gold in the Paris Olympics opines that athletics is a unique sport. «Without running there’s no football, there’s no baseball, there’s no tennis. The base of almost all sports start with running. I’m hoping that people really see like….this is really special,» she said.
The South Carolina-born 23-year-old revealed her excitement to feature in the documentary saying,» I want to be able to see that the passion that I have for the sport, for the coaches, my family, my training partners….you know, they have all played a part in who I am. You know, I’m glad that being part of these people means a lot to me. It is the origin where you get to.»
Jefferson, who won bronze in 100m at the Paris 2024 Olympics, has explained how her teammates Sha'Carri Richardson and Tee Tee Terry helped make her journey a success.
