“The other thing is that since Kiptum died, we have not received [postmortem] results and it is the second year,” added Cheruiyot.
“The third thing is that my son’s car, which he was involved in the accident with, I have not received. I have been taken round in circles while the car is still at Kaptagat. I am nearly giving up on it.”
