'My muscles know what to do' — Gabby Thomas discloses why she easily floors her track rivals

Triple Olympics champion has shed light on how she manages to outsprint her track rivals.

Thomas, who won three Olympics gold at the , counts so much on her preparation and self-belief heading to any event.

«While I’m racing, I’m in the zone, it is a flow state,” Thomas said in an interview with Athlos NYC.

“Athlos definitely feels like an event where we finally as female athletes have some ownership, have some say. We have a big part in its creation. I’m excited,” she added.
